TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2005:

My plane arrived in London around 6:30am local time.
Hotelink effficiently delivered me to my hotel, the Park Plaza Riverbank.
This ultra modern hotel is conveniently located on the Albert Enbankment.
The hotel is pictured above on the extreme left.

Just across the river from my hotel are the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.

The pictures below were taken from my flight on British Airway's London Eye,
the world's largest observation wheel.

It takes the wheel about 35 minutes to make a complete revolution.

The wheel reaches a height of 140 meters (458 feet).

After my London Eye flight I took a cruise down the River Thames.

You can see the dome of St. Paul's Cathedral rising behind the Blackfriars Bridge.
