APRIL 1993 I started this short vacation with a one night stay in Columbus, Ohio. The next day I pretty much drove nonstop to Washington, D.C. Pictured above is the Supreme Court. Spring time is a beautiful time to be in Washington. Pictured above is the U.S. Capitol Building. The above view was taken from the west side of the Capitol looking down the mall toward the Washington Monument. The tulips were in full bloom. This is the White House. I knocked, but nobody was home. The Lincoln Memorial. Arlington Cemetary. All of the above pictures were taken on my day-long walk down the mall. I rode the subway to the Supreme Court then walked all the way down the mall and across the Potomac River into Arlington Cemetary. I then took the subway back to the hotel. Pictured above is the Delaware state Capitol in Dover. I ended my trip at Trump's Taj Mahal in Atlantic City.
